Preordered my Ateez Seasons Greeting Box and BTS Jin D'icon and was charged for shipping even though they offer free shipping when meeting the $50. However, they promptly refunded the shipping without prompting. From the moment of shipping notification to the arrival of my order -- it was smooth. No problems. It was raining outside, but the box was packaged well so nothing got wet. Everything came as expected.
