Unfortunately, nope. Unless specified, POBs are random and we don't take requests to sort for your favorite members.

Shipping & Returns

MountainPop is happy to accept returns for items damaged in transit, defective items, or incorrectly shipped items. Pre-order items are not eligible for returns. To be eligible for a refund e-mail us within one week of delivery at info@mountainpopmusic and we'll work with you to get it sorted quickly. Photos are always helpful!

In-stock items will be processed within two business days. Pre-order items will be processed within two business days after the date they arrive to us. If a pre-order is delayed from the manufacturer, you will receive an email notification.

Rates are pre-determined by the USPS and other carriers. You can enter your zipcode upon checkout to see the shipping options for the items in your cart.

In most cases, you'll receive a tracking number before your item actually leaves the post office. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update once you've received your tracking number.
