Unfortunately, nope. Unless specified, POBs are random and we don't take requests to sort for your favorite members.
Pre-orders are paid for in advance, and shipped to you shortly after their release date. We always give an expected shipping date in the pre-order listing, but occasionally orders will be delayed by the manufacturer or customs control. We will process pre-orders within 2 business days after the product arrives to us. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, and pre-order benefits may run out early. Any delays or changes will be communicated via email as soon as we're aware of them!
Shipping & Returns
MountainPop is happy to accept returns for items damaged in transit, defective items, or incorrectly shipped items. Pre-order items are not eligible for returns. To be eligible for a refund e-mail us within one week of delivery at info@mountainpopmusic and we'll work with you to get it sorted quickly. Photos are always helpful and we match them against packing videos made when each order is prepared at our warehouse.
In-stock items will be processed within two business days. Pre-order items will be processed within two business days after the date they arrive to us. If a pre-order is delayed from the manufacturer, you will receive an email notification.
Rates are pre-determined by the USPS and other carriers. You can enter your zipcode upon checkout to see the shipping options for the items in your cart.
In most cases, you'll receive a tracking number before your item actually leaves the post office. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update once you've received your tracking number.

We can ship to most countries! The ship time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout and your own country's import procedure. Generally, international orders can take 1-4 weeks to arrive, although some carrier and destination combinations are much faster! Customs/VAT will be due on arrival - we do not prepay taxes on international orders.
