Shipping policy

In-stock items will be processed within two business days*. Pre-order items will be processed within two business days after the date they arrive to us. If a pre-order is delayed from the manufacturer, you will receive an email notification.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will ship together one the pre-order items are available

Free Shipping on orders over $50 applies to orders shipped within the United States only and shipping method will default to the least expensive tracked option.

Tracking generally takes 24-48 hours after shipment to update. If you do not see an update after 48 hours please reach out. If, for some reason, a fulfilled order with tracking shows no update after 7 business days, your order will be eligible for a refund. 

Refunds are not offered for items/orders a customer claims not to have received if orders are tracked as "delivered" to the address provided by the customer when the order was placed. 

*During scheduled warehouse service periods, fulfillment may increase to 10 business days.
