Refund policy
- Please request your return within 7 days of delivery.
- Our team will review all return requests and respond within 2 business days.
- Album and merchandise outboxes are for product protection, and damage to them will not be refunded
- Returned items must be in original condition, and contain both the original parts and packaging.
- The returning shipping fee will be reimbursed when the return or exchange is a result of our error. Otherwise, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- For defective or missing items please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Hang onto the outer box, bubble wrap, and packing slip.
- Unboxing videos are preferred proof of damage or missing items, but we may accept photos on a case by case basis.
- Pre-Order items are not eligible for cancellations or refunds. Pre-order benefits may run out early and are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be given when pre-order benefits run out early.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
